RecruitmentWe are a small team of high level international tax specialists who have come together by personal introduction and would be happy to talk to others who would be interested in exploring our special culture. They may include those who are seeking to set up on their own who need financial support, or those who are finding their scope for independent thought limited by the practices of a larger organisation. Through the International Tax Specialist Group and other connections, we have an excellent non-exclusive network with similar international tax professional firms throughout the world. Our LLP structure offers a very flexible and tax-efficient way of rewarding our partners. We are well financed and can cope with the inevitable transition period, but earnings must eventually relate to what a partner or associate can bill. We do not share our profits with anyone other than the working partners, giving a more favourable relationship between gross billings and net earnings. We would be happy to talk to individuals or small teams with suitable experience and (preferably) a connection of their own who want a sensible compromise between the formal structure of a large firm, and complete independence. We are well established and can help in building on the existing connections of newcomers. Those with qualifications and experience in other countries would be welcome. There are two other situations in which what we have to offer could be of interest. A company wishing to out-source its international tax planning work could access a broader range of skills and its existing in-house expert could obtain a wider experience, in association with us. An international tax specialist who has been working for a professional firm elsewhere who wishes for personal reasons to re-locate to London could work with us, acting as a correspondent for the old firm while broadening the range of his or her experience and connections. Please do not apply through recruitment consultants as their fees seriously distort the risk/reward trade-offs for both of us. |
