Principals and Partners
John Chown is an economist and a leading specialist in international tax who helped found the Institute for Fiscal Studies. John Dewhurst is a lawyer and Council member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Kim Desai is a chartered accountant who spent much of his career in the finance department of a multinational company with which we worked closely. Kevin Offer, a chartered accountant is a member both of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Indirect Taxation.
Associates
Binne Vries is a Dutch tax lawyer who has lived and worked in international tax in the U.K. since 1996, specialising in cross border financial transactions.
Arnold Sherman, is a long-standing Canadian associate with a special knowledge of taxation in Latin America, the Far East and Africa. He is a fellow member of the International Tax Specialist Group.
