Binne Vries
Binne has an MSc in economics and an LLM in law, both from the University of Amsterdam, and was an active member of the bar for the Supreme Court, The Hague. He started his career as a specialist tax lawyer for Loyens & Loeff, a leading Dutch firm. Moving to London in 1996, he worked with PepsiCo, Enron Europe and International Masters Publishers for the next 10 years.
Binne specialises in cross-border tax structuring, mergers and takeovers, joint ventures and structured finance. Leveraging his corporate experience, he relishes finding pragmatic and effective tax solutions for international businesses.
